Dear Parents and Scouts: Just a reminder that we will be having our Court of Honor on this coming Tuesday – starting at 6:30 PM .  We will be a little challenged because the Winter Guard will just be finishing up before we start our dinner.  If I can get some help early [say about 6 pm-ish] to be there to assist in set up that would be great.  Remember to bring the Pot-luck items that your patrol was assigned.  The troop will furnish table setting and drinks. We will have our dinner first followed by a couple of presentation and then our Court of Honor. We will also be having a presentation from Venture Crew 136 on the possibility of older boys joining their group as well.  Mr. Peters will have information on this group at our Court of Honor. Parents and Scouts: Just a reminder that next Tuesday, January 26th, we will hold our Winter Court of Honor for the troop. All families are encouraged to attend. We will recognizing all advancement and awards since September. For this Court of Honor, we will have a Pot Luck Dinner. Each Patrol is to bring food as described below. WE WILL START AT 6:30 PM on this night with our dinner first!         Dragons and Black Hawks are to bring a Main Dish and Dessert.         Flaming Aces and Blue Blazes are to bring Main Dish and a Side Dish         Leadership Patrol – Main and Dessert         The Troop will provide drinks and table service.  Class A uniform of course! Merit Badge Super Saturday curriculum should post by 1/20 and registration should begin on 1/24 Merit Badge Super Saturday is scheduled for February 13th. Remember, this fills up very quickly so don't delay!!!! This is a great weekend to work on your merit badges!!!!!!

I am finally ready to get scouts involved with my Eagle Project. I am having a fundraiser to benefit COPD, and to raise part of the funds, I am having a silent auction. For  this, I need all of you to go out and retrieve auction pieces for me from various companies. There will be a training session on Saturday the 8 at 10 am at the church. It will only run for an hour and I need all of the help I can get. There I will give you a run down of what you need to do.
