Camp this weekend

Ok – last minute info for the campout this weekend.  remember –we will pull out of the parking lot at 6:00 PM Sharp.  If you are going to drive – here is the map to camp and also to Brandywine.  I also include a map of the camp. 

Those going tubing – I need your parent signature on the liability form – one master copy will be turned in.  If you have not already sign it DON’T leave tomorrow night from the parking lot before that it signed by your parent.

Those going skiing or boarding – Yes there is a form for you too – they sent it to  me today.  it is also attached – [front and back for some instruction].  Those that are going will have to fill it out and there is a spot for parent to sign.  please have that done prior to leaving the parking to tomorrow night.

Remember to dress in layers. For those sleeping in tents be sure to have your gear to keep warm

this is a class B uniform event – no class A uniform needed.

Kirk Bohanan Scoutmaster Troop 136     Hey everyone! Tyler Straight here.    First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who attended my Eagle Scout Project this weekend. While we were unable to work Sunday, the crew that arrived on Saturday did a magnificent job. We painted nearly everything we needed to, and we removed an impressive amount of gravel in our small four hour window. Everyone worked hard and were respectful, and I couldn't ask for any more than that.    To continue this good work, I will again be holding two work days this weekend, Saturday, July 19th from 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 20th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. behind Grove City High School at 4665 Hoover Rd. 11/6/12 Troop meeting

Scouts and Parents: Just a reminder that this week we will have three important activities going on of note. 1. Popcorn turn in is this Tuesday night. DON”T FORGET!!! Any un-sold product MUST be returned and check-in to Mr. Dool. [Any parents that can help with this activity is greatly appreciated by Rob] If you need any popcorn products to fill orders please be patient and wait until the end of the meeting to find out if it is available by someone else bringing it back as an unsold item. All money should also be turned in from items sold. Any questions – let me or Rob Dool know. 2. The week will be our Troop Elections. Very important event in the operation of our troop. Our past group of scout representing the PLC under the leadership of Hunter Stewart as the Senior Patrol Leader have done an excellent JOB! Scouts please make sure to thank them for their service. MULCH Starts Friday GRRR

Dear Parents and Scouts: OK – It is time for MULCH!  I have had a good sign-up list – THANK YOU to all that are able and willing to help.  We will be starting on Friday night at 5:00 PM and finish at dark [8:30??]  We will plan to do all deliveries on Friday and if time permits [and help is there] we will do some of the smaller spreading jobs.  On Saturday we will start at 8:30am and go until we are DONE!  Meet at the Creekside Sub-Division. [use 4927 Snowy Creek Drive as a mapping address to find us] Bring a water bottle - Gloves - Knife to cut open. [rakes and brooms good to use – BUT put your name on them PLEASE ]. Looks like the weather will be good – but cool - plan accordingly.  And remember – only OLD clothes that can get dirty / stained by mulch. Lunch will be provide – but bring a side dish to share.  If parents would like to help Mr. Colborn and  Mr. Betz with set up of lunch let me know.  We are planning between 40-50 for lunc...
